New Resources from Glitterjaw
Sometimes hearing queer people geek out about movies, shows, or video games for an hour (or more) is all you need from a podcast, and many episodes on Glitterjaw are exactly that! But one of our goals is to also engage in meaningful conversations and social justice within our entertainment podcasts, especially in relation to the media we’re covering.
Sometimes that means creating space where those conversations can happen and not shying away from them. But other times, it means intentionally bringing those conversations into the space! With that in mind, we created a new resources page to offer some recommendations we’ve discovered along the way to help you learn about current issues and enact change.
We also include a catalogue of episodes we’re proud of — not a comprehensive list, but examples where these topics surface or resources are provided. We hope it’s something you can use and reference whenever you get that desire to learn more about what’s going on and take action.
These resources will definitely evolve and grow over time, but we hope it’ll be useful to you as we all continue to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on the world around us!
